3 लाख संविदा कर्मी होगे नियमित


    मंगलवार का दिन बिहार प्रदेशवासियों के लिए सौगात लेकर आया सरमकार ने विभिन्नय विभागो के तीन लाख संविदा कर्मचारियों को स्थाोयी करने का फैसला किया है । राज्य् मंत्रिपरिषद ने संविदा पर काम कर रहे तीन लाख से भी अधिक कर्मचारियों को स्‍‍थाई करने के लिए उच्चंस्त रीय कमेटी के गठन करने की मंजूरी दे दी है। इस कमेटी में वित्तं पी0एच0ई0डी0 पथ निर्माण उर्जा भवन निर्माण जल संसाधन स्वावस्य्ाअ  शिक्षा और सामान्य  प्रशासन आदि विभागों के प्रधान सचिव को बतौर सदस्यण शामिल किया गया है।
     इससे संविदा पर काम कर रहे डाटा इन्ट़ीण आपरेटर आशा व ममता कार्यकर्ता सरकारी अस्प तालों में कार्यरत नर्सो व तकनीकी कर्मचारियों के साथ डाक्टारों इंजीनियरों सहित तीन लाख से भी अधिक कर्मियों को स्थासयी सेवा में आने का लाभ मिलेगा।

ORDER

After careful consideration, State Government has decided to fix the upper age of new recruitment to different contractual posts under Mahatma Gandhi NREGA set-up in the state,at 40 years and date of termination of contract at the age of 60 or the completion of the yearly agreement made before attaining 60 years of age, whichever is latter.

However the applicants fro SC,ST and OBC( A&B) community will continue to enjoy relaxation of age, un case of recruitment as per existing acts, rules and executive orders, 

No yearly contract will be renewed after attaining the age of 60 in case of such contractually engaged employees, However, if the District Programme Coordinator desires to renew such proposal will be entertained after such employee attaining 65 years of age.

Renewal of contract for the engaged retired employees till they attain 65 years of age need not to be referred to the State Government.

Delhi govt starts the process to regularize more than 50,000 contractual employees

O R D E R

            The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi has considered the issue of regularization of the Contractual employees working in various departments of Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi and approved the following general policy for regularization of the contractual employees vide Cabinet Decision No.2223 dated 06-10-2015:-

In line with the Uma Devi judgment, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi makes the following policy for contractual employees working against regular posts:

1-    Every department should formulate a scheme to fill up all vacant posts.

2-    Contractual employees working against these posts should be allowed to apply with following conditions:-

1-    They should be given age relaxation.
 
2-   They should be given appropriate and adequate weightage of experience for that post in evaluation,

3- Any contractual employee whose service was terminated due to unsatisfactory work during their contractual employment, shall be treated as ineligible under the scheme.

3-    Policy in para-2 shall also be applicable to the contractual employees who have worked against these posts for an aggragate period of 5 months or more after 01-04-2013

       It is therefore, requested that the necessary action with regard to implementation of above decisions may be initiated at the earliest.
