रोजगार सेवको द्वारा नियमितिकरण के लिए किये जा रहे संघर्ष की दिशा
मे एक और पहल करते हुए हाई कोर्ट इलाहाबाद ने दिनांक 06 दिसम्बर 2016 को उ0प्र0 सरकार को न्यायालय की अवमानना के सम्बन्ध में नोटिस जारी करते हुए
जवाब मॉगा। माननीय न्यायालय ने यह नोटिस जनपद महाराजगंज के ग्रा0रो0से0 द्वारा दायर एक याचिका
के मामले में दिनांक 31 मार्च 2016 के
दिये गये अपने आदेश का पालन न करने के कारण दिया है। जिसमे माननीय न्यायालय ने आदेशित किया था कि शिक्षा मित्रो कि तरह ग्रा0रो0से0 को नियमित करने के लिए उच्चस्तरीय समिति का गठन किया जाय-
The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that
on the representation of Gram Rojgar Sewaks dated 11th January, 2016 for their
regularisation like Shiksha Mitra, the State Government vide office-memo dated
23rd February, 2016 has constituted a High Level Committee to consider their
greivance. A copy of the office-memo dated 23rd February, 2016 is on the record
as annexure-9 to the writ petition. It is stated that the petitioners have also
made a representation dated 09th July, 2015 for their regularization.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing
Counsel.
From a perusal of the office-memo of the State Government dated 23rd
February, 2016 it is evident that for the redressal of grievance of the Gram
Rojgar Sewaks a High Level Committee has been constituted which will consider
their grievances.
